I am an avid biker and am on my third bike from Berkshire Bike & Board, which means I've been their customer for over 15 years, without a hitch. They service--for free--the bikes they sell, and do it in the most friendly, willing manner.The staff is very knowledgeable--all bike maniacs--and no questions or request is too small for their full attention. Whenever I've needed a new bike, their staff has found the perfect one for me. The one I have now feels like an extension of my body. I don't know if I'd be as into biking as I am without their support.
