The staff here constantly gets orders wrong, incorrectly charges, and most recently argued with me about a refund when she realized an item was unavailable. I am taking my business elsewhere even though it is less convenient. Once when I informed a member of the owner's family about an incorrect charge, he snippily responded, ""Give him a break, he is training."" Not what you would call good customer service.
Pros: Standard Dunkin' Donuts fare
