It's a nice enough company, timely, and provide frequent progress reports. My only real issue has been billing. When I identified billing mistake*S*, they quickly corrected them. Despite advertising that they provide flat fees, those fees may not be inclusive of all labor needed for that job. Make sure that your quote not only includes the job that needs to be completed but also things like clean up. Who wants to hire an electrician who charges you more than the initial quote for patching up holes he made in your walls??? I don't! so next time I'll look elsewhere. Make sure you request an all-inclusive quote!
