Well, every body that works there seems really friendly. It appears that they only have an office phone so it is very difficult at times to get in touch with them. We have purchased from them before and things have worked out well. However, if you want to deal with them, be prepared to spend some time and be persistent with leaving messages with them. I had an appointment with Neil to come look at a washer drier combo that has been blowing our circuit breaker the second it is plugged in. It has been this way since it was delivered. The appointment was originally for 10AM. When I called at noon they said they were on their way. It is now 2:30 PM and I cant get in touch with anybody there to see if they are still coming. I really want to like them but they just don't seem to understand the service industry or value their customers time. I really would have liked to do something else with my day, especially since I had to call my boss and inform him that I would now need the whole day off. I wonder if they will ever show up? Pros: It's like they're from the 70's Cons: It'slike they're from the 70's more
