I lived there for 2 years and I will never recommend anyone to move there. Management will be very nice to you in the beginning but once you sign the lease they will change their talking style. They will not take care of your repair requests. Their apartments have heavily infected with MOLD and they are hiding it with paint. But once you live there for 2-3 months the mold will reappear. My wife has developed serious allergy problems because of the mold (which they never fixed properly. When your lease will end they will not only take your security deposit but also ask for more money and they will threaten you to send your name to Collection Company if you don?t pay the extra money for cleaning the apartment. Their manager Moureen and Rabecca will be nice to you but when your lease will end they will not even bother to talk to you about your issues. I will never recommend this community to anyone.
