I had a similar experience to one of the other reviews. Left my car for a week at the Newark lot . When we returned my passport radar detector was missing. According to the claim manager its company policy to let the employees steal anything left in the car because on the back of the ticket (which no one reads) it says the company is not responsible for items left in the car. This is a completely unacceptable way to run a business but they don't seem to care. You would be much better off to park your car yourself in the official airport lot (this is what I will do in the future) then use these criminals.
