The sales staff here are aggressive, bordering on confrontational, and forget why they're supposed to be in business. Why's that? Oh yeah, the customer. We experienced nothing but pressure tactics and when they realized we weren't ready to buy a car on the spot, our sales rep ditched us and actually took off for lunch. This dealership lacks an understanding of respect for the customer. We have been VW owners for the last 15 years, and our experience here was enough to turn us away from VW, possibly forever. This dealership needs a serious review by VW because they are doing way more harm than good. The cars are great, but if you have to deal with these guys, beware. We walked away from our experience more frustrated than we've ever been. Now that's saying something.
