I will never go back to this cleaner. I brought in my brand new DKNY black coat that I paid $500 from Nordstrom. When i got it back, all of the buttons turned gray, and they lost three of the buttons. There were white lines where the steams are, and two big iron edge mark on the back. The owner would not take responsibility of the damage and blamed it on the quality. This is a $500 DKNY coat! So, the only way to get my money back is through small claims.
