I WANT TO RATE SHANNON COUNTRY HOUSE POORLY. I knew two people that had functions at Shannon's Country House, One for a wedding, the other one was for a baptism. the wedding, my Uncle had ask them for a different steak, because the 1st one wasn't cooked thoroughly ,so they told him we can cut it open if you want and cook it. and my uncle said no, i want a new one that is cooked well. they told him sorry, we'll take your dinner and take it off of the person bill that is having the wedding and never got offered something, so he didn't eat. POOR SERVICE!!! Then on Nov.9th, my friend had baptism here, the appetizers were ice cold! and some of the dinner was cold. but most of all the FRUIT CUP HAD MOLD ON IT. and said to her i'll talk to the kitchen, but never said sorry, or i'll give you something in return, or replaced it with anything else. NO just took them off the dessert table and walked away, and never saw the owner for the rest of the night, and if you have a function here with babies, there isn't any changing table in the ladies room!! SO this place is NO good for affairs!!!! I want everyone one to know how they treat customers. they don't care they are money hungry!! so if you want cold food, horrible food, then book your party here, but if you want good food, hot, go else where. I'll never ever recommend this place to anyone in my family. My girlfriend got screwed by these people, and my uncle was mis treated fairly at a wedding that we were attending. how do you treat customers like that. that is poor service.
