Very overpriced and unprofessional, All of my children play little league sports. For the last 3 years all of the different teams have used Digital Express. Not one year have I been satisfied with the pictures. The problems ranged from pictures not centered to getting portraits in the mail damaged, Although I realize Digital Express obviosley did not deliver the pictures, the postal service did, But that is why they have special packaging for photos. The pictures were mailed in a plain envelope. as much as they charge for their cheap looking pictures (that i could do at home on my own computer for free) they could afford to package them properly. Sadly enough I will not be ordering pictures anymore from them, I guess If I want team pictures I will have to bring my own camera and just photoshop them myself. Maybe I can even make trading cards that look like trading cards rather than A homemade Christmas Tree ornament for their Grandparents.
