My son has gone into this Auto parts store only to be glared at by the old man that works there. Everytime he's gone in there it's the same thing. When my son asked for his help he basically says help himself. Then yesterday my husband went in to return a battery for a replacement, which he was told had a 6 year warranty. On the way in one of the guys that worked there said,""Did you buy that here buddy?"" That should of been a sign right there. When he went in he dripped the battery off and had to wait overnight for a charge. When he went to pick it up the next day, he was told the warranty only lasted 3 years and now he could only get 34.00 off a new battery of the same kind for 169.00. The guys are rude and unhelpful. Today we went back to the Auto Zone we like. My husband went in to buy a new battery. The helpful friendly personal there told him, "" You get any battery here for 34.00 off."" We bought the battery and he was happy. We will never ever go back to that other one on 43ave and Northern. We tell everyone not to do business with those character rip offs.
