I rented a 52in big screen from them.I had 2 weeks left on my account so I sent the tv in for service and was told it would take 2 weeks.Four months later I got it back within 1 day I had to send it back to get fix again.They tried to give me a tv with less value.After two more week I got it back and was told it was fixed.I plug it in and I had no hd it was like watching a 3d channel on all hd channel.i also had gotten a lap top for my wifes chrismas gift .I had jost my job amd talked to the manager of store and she tried to put in an ext on my account .The main offtce said no .So I had to give it back.I called the main office to talk to some one I had to leave a voice massage so I did.Never got a call back.They have no custermer service to help.
