I made a phone call to Kathy Adams to make my first appointment. The first time I wasn't prepared to make a deposit because my husband was at work with the credit card. Making a deposit was not a problem, but the girl on the phone had a problem and said there was no explanation for me not having a credit card. I told the very rude girl on the phone I would call back in the evening time once my husband was home from work. She said make sure you call before 5pm because I leave at 5pm. I called back around 3 the same girl answered the phone and she was short and huffy with me. She said I lost my chance to make an appointment and they were booked until after the holidays. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I am disappointed in how I was treated and have decided to find another hairdresser. more
