To make a very long story very short, I believe I was conned into thinking that I was sending over $400 of mint USA collectible stamps to an ebay-winner with FULL INSURANCE. When the stamps didn't arrive in Seattle after a reasonable amount of time, I was told by the owner, who had assured me that the only document I needed if there ""was any problem"" was the UPS receipt, that there was NO INSURANCE on this package.I was lulled with nice friendly talk into acting not in my best business interests--I could kick myself for not insisting on an insurance receipt now---and I believe, but of course can't prove it--that the stamps never were sent. So that you know, CORPORATE UPS in Atlanta GA is ABOLUTELY NOT INTERESTED in such problems. I initiated a POSTAL FRAUD INQUIRY but I don't see any progress in that. (because the package was going to a P.O.Box it had to be sent by UPS--this UPS store also functions as a US Post Office as they proclaim on a banner. )The owner did not respond to two requests from a consumer organization for an answer to my complaint. I have carefully read the other reviews of this UPS storea and, like me, you can see the clear pattern. Whenever I go by the store, I feel like marning people heading into it to GO ELSEWHERE.
