I grew up in Arlington when they had several coffee/donut shoppes. They are all gone. No Charlie's, No Donut Hole etc. On a recent visit back I was glad to see that Gail Ann's was still there. It is small but don't let the size fool you as you will not be disappointed with the Donuts and baked goods. They are awesome. If you are looking for a small breakfast place to sit, have a great cup of coffee and a donut or baked good I would give Gail Anns a try.
Pros: Parking lot close and also on street
Cons: Use caution on weekends if mass as St Agnes is just geeting out
