I started going to power yoga classes at Earths Power Yoga after trying some other studios in LA, and this is definately the one I like the most. The classes are incredibly challenging both physically and mentally, since a lot of concentration is needed for such a hard workout. What I love the most about it is when I start feeling all that heat coming out of my body and the way I become increasingly elastic with it. I used to do Bikram Yoga, and here I sweat as much, but without the 104 degrees in the room. I feel detoxified and invigorated after every session. I can't wait to see what happens to my body after a while!
