I had my frameless door installed barely two years ago and it went out of adjustment so much I could not close it. It started shifting slowly a while back, however I just did not pay much attention since I could still close it. When I called the company and the rep came over to take a look, he told me that this hardly ever happens. He agreed that it could not be my fault, (you would have to hang from the door daily... maybe), but unfortunately my warranty had expired and I would have to pay $250 to have it reset. He said he would look into getting a price break with his supervisor, and would call me back. I waited days and no one called. I called and did not find him. Finally I received this 8 page contract talking about asbestos, liability and bla bla bla for the price he originally quoted.
