My friends used them and they were great. The agent listened to what they wanted and stuck to their requests. Other agents think this is unethical but they really work to get their clients the best deal and to buy a home in a good area. The best part is that their service costs no more than using any other realtor. My friends are an Indian couple and they have a lot of special considerations about the home. The agent bent over backwards to make sure they got to see homes that fit their needs and did not waste time with homes that would not do.
Pros: Good location, handicap accessible, very friendly and helpful people
Cons: When you sell they cannot help since they work for buyers only
