I called to inquire about the disbusement of my loan and the front desk employee treated me like I was a pest. I felt like she was thinking, "" How dare I call and ask her about the thousands of dollars I just spent on a new home."" She failed to realize I was now responsible for paying the utitlites for a home I had not received the keys for yet.
