since le bellissimo is open ,the owner update and change his menu several time like in France,follow the season,i like it ,due to the economy he change the menu for more casual with a lot of new items for at small prices and he put back italian dishes and his famous lasagna,i love it,simple dish,ok but this lasagna have a taste of italia and france, i don't know but something you want to eat again and again. thanks,i still in love with this authentique french chef, he need to go at iron chef,im sure he can win.
