After 3 weeks of no contact and the receptionsist claiming she tried calling, AAA Appliance came to repair my dryer . The technician was very nice and helpful and was a true professional. He was kind enough to explain to me the problem, which thankfully was under warranty.
Pros: Actual technician knows what they are doing
Cons: Receptionist needs to take a customer service class
