El Cancun II is a comfortable place to go. It has great, friendly service. Its important to realize that this isn't tex-mex its mexican food, and its delicious -- take it from a native Texan. The salsa is the best I've found since being up here in PA. It has a nice spice and is fresh. The mexican rice is absolutely perfect, very well seasoned. And perhaps my favorite thing is the enchiladas -- any kind -- the sauce atop of them is amazing!! The menu has a great selection with something for everyone and with the portion size, the price is nice. I clean my plate everytime I go, which is at least twice a month, but you should judge for yourself!
