I went here because it was the only place in the area that my insurance would cover. I was very nervous, since I was afraid that I might have several cavities and didn't want to be pushed into getting a lot of work done by a doctor I didn't know. I went in and all the staff were very friendly and professional, especially Dr. Suman. I was assured that I didn't need drilling, and he said that I might want to get some work done on a seal, but didn't insist that it needed to be done immediately and stressed that it wasn't some kind of dental emergency. Basically I wasn't pushed or tricked into work that I didn't need done. I felt like I was treated more honestly than by the dentist I use back at my parents' home in Charlotte. The facilities had personal t.v.s for everyone, which was pretty nice. They only reason I'm saying four stars instead of 5 is because it took them awhile to get me in. Perhaps that's any dentist, but I feel like if I have a early/early-mid morning appointment it should take less than 20-25 minutes to get me in to see the dental hygentist, at least. Of course, I was also a new customer, so perhaps some of that is insurance processing or whatever. In any case, I had a very good experience and plan on going back.
