I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and had a bad experience with a Towing company. AAA backed the Towing Company and refused to listen to my complaints, or reimburse me for the damages caused by the towing company. I have rarely used their services, but have been a loyal customer and would have appreciated the same loyalty from them. As a loyal paying customer for over 10 years, and in good standing, one would think that they would have stepped up and absorbed less than $200.
