I had my hair done here once. I asked for 10 inches off to donate to Locks for Love. The woman tried telling me I didn't have enough hair, even though I had around 18 inches that could be cut off. I finally told her to measure it that her one comb was around 10 inches long. She finally did and cut it off. Then I told her she had to use a specific shampoo because the one she was going to use makes my scalp itch. She still used the one I didn't want her to use. Then I asked for a swing cut and showed her exactly where I wanted the front and back cut to, I asked her to leave my bangs alone so they would grow out. She cut my bangs 3 inches, and gave me a layered hair cut instead on my right side, and didn't layer my left side (which was 3 inches shorter). The only thing that was slightly okay was my highlights. But they were pretty uneven colors. She charged me $110. I then had to pay to have it all evened out and fixed. I also asked for a specific person and was not booked with them.
Cons: Everything too pricy, not well educated etc.
