Well, when I was in the Windsor neighborhood, I saw a marvalous and small red place. I slowed down to see, and realized it was a fast food resteraunt. I went in and I could smell the hot dogs and chilly. My first impression was that this place, was inviting. I ordered the chilly dogs. I was expecting a 4 Star meal. But I was wrong. I was wrong out of my wildest dreams! The food, there was no rating! I would have given it a million stars! I could not believe how well done the dogs and this *special* chilly was! It was unbelievable!!

Cons: Not the cleanest place, but cleaner than most well known fast food places.
