Was happy with work this company did on jacket label/emblem. We needed a special one made and they did that although I did have to call in order to get the jacket completed after the two weeks alloted time had passed. 2nd item to be labelled (because they made it special) was a bag which needed same emblem. I specifically asked at time of drop off, 1st ""how long would it take?"" I as told ""2 weeks"". Then I asked if it would be ready ""before Thanksgiving"" as I needed it that weekend. I was told ""YES"" it would be ready"". So 2 weeks and 3 days later ""Monday before Thanksgiving"" I call to ask about bag.... Store is closed from Saturday to Saturday!!!!! They kept the bag! I can't get it in time for first convention! Called and asked if they would have someone simply give me the bag whether or not completed because it has my son's name on it already... no response! So... needless to say he'll be sticking out like a sore thumb with a bag unlike the others in his group. His was special since he's the only boy... these people knew that! Geesh! They could have called to let me know they would be closed ALL WEEK! Or even informed me at the time that they would be closed. I payed $60.00 for the bag and $30.00 more for the label already added to the side.... I would not have given it to them had I known they would be closed! Feels like we've been robbed! Anybody got any suggestions on how I might get my son's bag back?
Pros: I am so disappointed at this point I can't give any pros.
Cons: Don't give them anything you need within the next YEAR!
