I recently purchased a vehical from prestige auto and i need to say i've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. between the 3 men that work there, you would think atleast one of them can be polite or atleast pretend to care. i mean isnt that what sales is all about? especially Doug who showed zero interest in the sale. never returns phone calls or follows up with pending applications almost as if it was a burden. i felt i had to chase him and harass him basically begging him to take my money. such poor poor customer service. i will never buy a car from there again or recommend anyone to go there
