First off I called and had to go through a answering system to get a representative. When I finally did get through to a person I was informed that they were booked solid and I would have to wait a full week before someone could come to my small business. Not knowing that there are other services like this I agreed. One week later the technician came out, he bumbled around my computer and to be honest looked like he had no idea what he was doing. After an hour he said he needed to call his support staff for assistance. An hour later he said the computer was fixed and handed me an outrageous bill. I paid the bill and two days later I could not connect to the internet again. I called them back and they gave me a runaround and never ended up doing anything about it. I would recommend Friendly computers for anyone that is looking for a better priced more reliable service.
