Once you get your child's name through the in-processing phase, they are the BEST. The counselors we have had experience with have been a perfect match for our children and each time they have worked with both my husband and I to get the best possible care for the kids. They do arts and crafts, play games, and even take the child for a walk around the block to talk to them. I love that they see the environment that your child lives in because they can see home life as it is in your home. You will never be disappointed, we love them! And they take most health insurance too.
Pros: Counselors work around your schedule and love children.
Cons: The intake process is frustrating and the people taking your info can be rude.
