This place may be a cheap alternative to a funeral home but service is enough reason to pay the full price of a traditional funeral home. I thought since we had the manager arranging our service that all would go on without a hitch. WRONG. She constantly made errors and misquoted prices. And when it was obvious she made the mistake, she tried to blame one of her employees.
Pros: That I will never have to use that place ever again.
Cons: Completely unprofessional.
