They Must Not Need The Business. Twice I went to this Firestone wanting specific work done, and twice they said that they could not just do the work that I wanted. I need to have my fuel filter replaced and was told that Firestome could not replace the part without performing a diagnostic. I don't need a diagnostic. I need my fuel pump replaced. If anyone knows a GOOD mechanic who will do the work that I want done, let me know; obviously Firestone does need my money or my business.
Pros: They have a small waiting area in which you can wait for hours while your car is worked on.
Cons: You have to wait for hours.
