I was a little worried when I saw the other reviews for these apartments. But, after meeting with the manager and touring the apartments, I am less worried. I am very impressed with the office manager who works here. She is very helpful and available and seems like she knows all of her residents and is willing to go the extra distance. I feel like she really does care about making Kenyon Place a nice complex to live in. I hope I am right. . . wish me luck!
Pros: The hospital is right down the street, utilities are included (except electricity) and you can have up to two cats.
Cons: Covered parking and pets are extra, the units are small (500 square feet) and the location is hard to find.
