This verizon wireless place for ""tech"" support is a joke. I went in because there was a problem on my cell phone. I had to wait 10 minutes before the tech, Isaac. helped me. Instead of examining the phone the ""tech"" switched out my phone for a refurbished phone. I am okay with that considering my old phone didn't work and I waited a long time for them to transfer my contacts from my old phone to my new phone. After leaving there I didn't get a phone call all day and found out that my phone didn't work. They didn't activate it. I guess working for the verizon store doesn't require much training. How much training is required to 1) take old phone in 2) give refurbished phone out. Maybe they should just put a machine. Probably get better service and not have to wait 1 hour for service tech to scratch nose and watch tv while they ""try to fix the phone"" and transfer contacts. Go somewhere else if you need your phone serviced.
Pros: no pros except long wait with a lot of ""verizon personel"" standing around convert oxygen to carbon dioxide
Cons: too many freeloaders not enough brains
