This place is awful! They arrived at my car an hour later than promised, and then charged me $100 to tow my car about 5 miles. They also DO NOT directly bill your insurance, which is completely ridiculous. In addition, they refuse to send you a bill. You have to either pay over the phone (unsafe) or drive there. The lady on the phone was very rude to me and even hung up on me when I asked her why she just could not send me a bill. Overall, I would NOT recommend R & R towing to anyone if you want to be treated with respect and get a reasonable price for your towing. Now I have to contact my insurance directly to try and get reimbursed...something that is their responsibility. With all of the towing companies in the area, there are so many better places to go.
