The driver showed up to my door on time, but took the WORST POSSIBLE ROUTE to the airport. He was nice enough, but a 30 minute ride took an hour and forty five minutes. I missed my flight. When I asked the manager to reimburse me the $50 ticket change fee, he refused, saying his driver's error was not their problem. I gave myself plenty of time to get to the airport, yet the manager blamed me for not allowing another hour to get there (!!) I travel a lot for my work and have never had any problems thus far with giving myself 2 hours time to get to JFK, not even during rush hour. However, because of Eastern, I was stranded for four hours in JFK with an infant, and the car service refused to take responsibility. Also, I requested an infant car seat and the one they showed up with was absolutely filthy. I will never use them again. I hear Legends is a good service. I will try them next. Cons: bad customrer service, bad driver choices more
