I love spas and have been to many five star in the US and abroad. I tried this ""Heaven Spa"" maybe three months ago looking for a good place close to home. I will not return. I almost never write reviews (good or bad) but I noticed someone from the Spa is saying the bad reviews are bogus which annoyed me because the bad reviews sound a lot like the experience I had. The man at the front desk was very rude (to the point that I told him so) and I waited in a small dark room while a party was having a lunch and talking loudly. The manicure was fine, nothing to go on about. They are not very expensive so maybe a good choice for those with different expectations. But if you are looking for something top notch don't be fooled by the reviews or what they write about themselves, this is nothing more than a strip mall ""spa"". Also, it says on this site they take Visa, they did not with me; I had to go to the ATM. This is not a bogus review. I still haven?t found a local spa I like. Absolute best spas in my opinion? The PGA National Spa in Palm Beach and the Tabacon Spa in Costa Rica! (...and I am 100% sure neither of those places need me to write ""fake"" reviews boost their reps, lol!) This place should spend less time refuting every bad review saying they are fake (which kind of cracks me up) and use the feedback to improve their services. More than happy to be verified by Citysearch.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Rude staff, not so great atmosphere
