HVAC system is only 4+ years old but we have had constant problems with it since we purchased our home. ICBM board was not properly wired for the zones. Now the blower will not turn off. City Heat and Air does send techs out but will not pinpoint a time of day for their arrival. Have not yet had a problem that was resolved with one tech visit. The first time took 3 visits. This time it's three and counting. No apologies from company for poor quality of system. or for the constant rearranging of my schedule to meet theirs due to their inability to pinpoint the problem with one trip. And, of course, every trip out is a new labor charge. Would not recommend this company.
