After reading some of these reviews I was skeptical about VCA, but I made an appointment on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad I did. Everyone at the hospital was really nice and I was able to make an appointment right away for a kitten I found. This is my first cat so I had lots of questions which the doctor answered for me. She gave me a list of things he would need to be healthy. She even gave me her e-mail address so I could contact her with any questions. The only down side was that it was a bit on the expensive side (about $250 for the exam, shots, worming, and testing for worms and leukemia). I'm still glad that I went and I would definitely recommend Dr.Simson.
Pros: Got appointment right away, nice hospital staff, office is really cute
Cons: Expensive, no on site parking (but you get a discount at the garage next door)
