I've always stayed away from dealers, as they are usually much more expensive than the alternatives. However, over the last 4 years, I've learned that you get what you pay for and it really isn't that much more expensive than the alternatives. Arrow Pontiac Service Center has the best customer service (I use Eric), and technicians. I read a review earlier about how the service department makes you feel like family. This is the best way to describe their shop. I have historically done all of my own work on my cars. Over the past 4 years, I have been doing less of my own service, and relying more on Arrow, as they do such a great job and are very honest. The Collision Center is equally amazing. I've never used a body shop that does this good of work. If you value your time and your car, Arrow is the place to go.
