I went in for my 1st color and cut from this salon, they are friendly, however when she asked what I wanted Vanessa said I trim was not enough, I told her my stylist just retired so since I was just trying this place out I would start with a trim...then she cut 4 inches off, it looked awful, I told her I was unhappy and began to cry, she said she like dit and when i get home I will be happy. I am not I tried to call to get my money back, she said look lady, I cut your hair and you paid for a haircut. So rude, I will never go back
