At the end of the day that my vehicle was promised to be ready, I was informed that they actually did not have all the parts to perform the repair that my car ?needed? and that they had no idea when the part would come in and that they were having trouble locating the part.
The conversations with Vick, at Hermann's, left me so uncomfortable that I took my car immediately to my car dealership service station for inspection (where it is typically serviced) after the work at Hermann's. The inspection showed that pipes had been broken during the repair at Hermann's, related to they work that they did, and inadequately repaired. They also found missing mount supports and other evidence of shoddy work.
I have been hung up on when calling Herman?s to discuss these issues.
Steer clear of Hermann's.
