I've been visiting Sabai for almost a year and a half. Jessica works wonders on this old body with her fabulous massages. Takes the stress out of me every time I see her. Josh has PATIENTLY worked with me and the others in our classes, teaching the 24 forms of Tai Chi and Chi Qong. My bad knee has improved so much, I can now squat with no pain, leg strength has increased. The aspect of "moving meditation" and the breathing practices we do has paid off with a greater awareness of my body. I'm excited for the first time in my life over exercise. Thanks for all I've learned!
