So it was last week when I went to this place. Sure, it looks all pretty, BUT the service is not. I was greeted and was told to sit and wait for my appt. Yes, I had the same experience as the lady below me. I had an appt. with Linda (the owner). She was with another client (consulting?), anyway, I waited over 15 minutes while she finished up. How much does she care about great/excellent customer svc? I think not much. Anyway, I got tired of waiting. After all, an appt. is to save time of waiting. So anyway, I got my hair cut, but I guess she was in a rush and did not listen to what I wanted. She cut however she wanted and I was displeased. I just told her to stop and paid and left. I heard her staff speak in Vietnamese too; they may have said something about me. I got an unfriendly feeling from them. Will not come back or reccomend to anyone.
I forgot to mention that one should look on yahoo local reviews, too. It will be helpful in determining where to go and what places are not worth the time.
