Experience was longer than normal. Now I have received my pin # and a ph# to call if I have not received my card...when I call this ph# 1-800-975-0052 ..\r
Finally got in touch with a human being, Debbie, on 10/20/08 with HomeDepot Mastercard and got my entire new account closed...due to frustration in getting in touch with a human being to let them know card was not received and I did not want to continue the Home Depot Mastercard. Overall a bad experience.
