Had been here previously and was satisfied with the grooming results. However, today our pup came home bleeding all over the carpet, floors, and us. One nail was clipped RIDICULOUSLY short, very far into the quick, and the poor pup bled for almost half an hour. Helen Keller could have made a better nail cut than our "professional" groomer did. Needless to say, we will be making the extra effort to take her to PetSmart or somewhere else in the future.
