Ive been there for a year now, This place gets sold to you as high class, the units are ok, well maintained and the view can be nice (if your lucky) but thats were it stops. The appartements feel like dorm rooms and lack any character. They are seriously overpriced and expect a significant increase in rent if your lease expires. IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A CAR YOU ARE NOT ELEGIBLE FOR STREET PARKING WHEN YOU MOVE IN. since the building provides parking for the whopping amount of 350 dollars a month so you can add that to your rent.
