Kudos to Karla, Tim, Ashley, Lindsay, Mary Ann and whoever I've spoken to and "bugged" since I became a customer. Their customer service is absolutely world class. There's always someone who will give you an experienced explanation for the coverage and rates and help you with anything that you need. Even though they could probably "pass you off" to an 800 number for State Farm, they try to take care of your needs first. They treat you like you have a soul and you're not just one of their bonus numbers.
