Billing was always submitted to insurance incorrectly. Which caused me to endure weekly calls to my insurance company and their billing office to resolve the problem.\r

Charged full visit for one verified missed appointment, when missed appt fee was waved.\r

Also on final bill were charges for additional missed appt fees on dates that extended past my last visit and script expiration. Make sure you get something (if they are willing to indicate when you last appoint is/was)\r

Staff is very nice, but billing from the staff is less then honest. \r

Don't expect to get a itemized form on each visit for your records, as they will not provide that to you. Thus leaving room for them to make dishonest "errors" like the ones I stated above. \r

billing issues and poor PT service forced me to seek care elsewhere.
