mmmhmm they have some great pasta (angel hair with meat sauce)! I love it, be aware, its not like every other place that you might get pasta from, and its not like something you can just make at home. The only flaw to me is that their meat sauce doesn't have much sauce lol. But I just order extra sauce on the side and that fixes the problem. As far as the service... great too. I ordered for delivery and it came within the specified time and it was hot. However I realized they had forgotten my extra sauce. I thought crud now I've gotta call and hassle them, but nope, I called, and right away they said sorry, and the sauce is on the way, no hassle at all. some might think the forgetting the sauce is a problem, but to me the response to the mistake is so much more important. Mistakes happen wherever you are, but you don't get great service everywhere. So I'd say Carmen's a good choice if you're seeking pasta.
